Refund/Cancellation Policy:

After School Clubs

​Full Term Booking - 

• If MK Active has to cancel a club, you will be fully refunded for that session. 

•  If you wish to cancel your child's space before the term has begun, you will receive a 75% refund.

•  If you wish to cancel during the first half term, you will receive a 50% refund of the remaining sessions. 

•  No refund will be given if cancelled during the second half term. 

 

Half Term Booking - 

• If MK Active has to cancel a club, you will be fully refunded for that session. 

• If you wish to cancel before the term has begun, you will receive a 75% refund. 

•  If you cancel a half-term booking once the term has begun, you will receive a 50% refund of the remaining sessions.

Holiday Camps/Activity Days

• If MK has to cancel a Holiday Camp/Activity Day you will be fully refunded for your booking.

• If you cancel your child’s space up to 1 week of the date of the Holiday Camp/Activity Day, you will receive a 75% refund. 

• If you cancel your child's space within 1 week of the date of the Holiday Camp/Activity Day, you will receive a 50% refund. 

• If you cancel your child’s space on the day of the Holiday Camp/Activity day, no cash refund will be given. You will instead be offered a 50% credit note for a future booking to use with MK Active.
